Bringing Praesiidium’s AI breakthroughs to instant customer support

As detailed in our latest blog post, the three-year Horizon Europe project Praesiidium has developed a groundbreaking real-time AI tool to assess prediabetes risk. Using physics-informed machine learning, the system integrated wearable sensor data (glucose, bioimpedance, heart rate), family history and clinical inputs to deliver accurate, actionable predictions that empower early lifestyle interventions.

The project also advanced conversational AI through CheckHealth‘s VocaVital, an AI-driven voice assistant. VocaVital conducted structured phone interviews, automatically transcribed nutritional data and delivered insights to care teams, all securely managed via the LinkWatch platform. These innovations demonstrated that AI can move beyond reactive analysis to deliver proactive, real-time intelligence in complex, data-rich environments.

InstaSupport.ai is the commercial spin-off of these learnings. Built on the same foundational technologies and methodologies developed in Praesiidium, it brings a high level of AI precision to everyday customer interactions.
